Problem encountered on https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/maui/first-app-tutorial/install
Operating System: macos

Provide details about the problem you're experiencing. Include your operating system version, exact error message, code sample, and anything else that is relevant.

Visual Studio is asking for password when attempting to install maui sdk, but account password is returning incorrect

Can you provide a screenshot? Make sure no passwords are visible/entered.

Hi @mattleibow & @jfversluis ,

Thank you for the low wait time on the response. My account password was the correct password. It worked with a hotspot internet connection. Please excuse me for thinking it was a problem.

By the way, do you know if it is possible to develop C # using Xcode on Mac OS? I know it is not a pertinent topic, but I have not had quick success finding a solution for present situations.

Glad to hear it is working now.

For c# on Mac, vscode is the way to go. https://code.visualstudio.com/

There is also things like Rider.

But, xcode is just for c, c++, objective c and swift
