As you scroll down, you would automatically jump back to the top of the list.
Affected case:
I9 - Incremental loading on scroll
Steps to Reproduce
- Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Windows.
- Navigate to 'I CollectionView' ->'I9 Scrolling' -> 'Incremental loading on scroll'.
- Scroll down and observe that you jump back to the top of the list.
Actual Behavior:
As you scroll down, you would automatically jump back to the top of the list.
Expected Behavior:
It shouldn't jump back to the top of the list as it loads the next items.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?
Not a regression. This issue can be reproduced on 9.0.50, 9.0.30, 9.0.0 and 8.0.100.
