[Android, iOS & Catalyst] LineHeight Property Does Not Update at Runtime When TextType="Html" is Set on Label

Description

When using the .NET MAUI Label control with TextType="Html" property, the LineHeight property does not take effect when changed during runtime. This behavior is inconsistent with the Label in plain text mode where line height changes are applied immediately.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run the attached sample FormattedTextPropertiesSample 2.zip
2. Select TextType to "Html" using the radio button
3. Enter a value (e.g., "2") in the LineHeightEntry field.
4. Observe that line height does not update in the Label's HTML rendered text during runtime
5. Switch TextType to "plain" using the radio button
6. Enter a value (e.g., "2") in the LineHeightEntry field
7. Verify line height is applied correctly to plain text

Expected Behavior
The LineHeight property of the Label control should take effect immediately when changed during runtime, regardless of whether the Label's TextType is set to Text or Html.

Actual Behavior
When the Label's TextType is set to Html, changes to the LineHeight property made during runtime are not reflected in the rendered text. The line spacing remains unchanged.

This issue has been verified in VS Code (v1.100.2) with versions (9,0.70, 9.0.60 & 9.0.0). It can be reproduced on the Android, iOS, and MacCatalyst platforms.
