iOS cutoff in Horizontal collection view 9.0.60 and up.

Hi.

From 9.0.60 and up we are experiencing a cut off on iOS in our Horizontal collection view.

9.0.60 and up. 9.0.51 and below.

We tried to change it to use RTL flow direction, but then we encountered issues on Android #30527 (comment)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Clone repo.
2. Run it on iOS, and observe cutoff on button.
3. Install version 9.0.51 and observe no cutoff.

Yes, this used to work in .NET MAUI

This issue has been verified in Visual Studio Code 1.101.0 with MAUI versions 9.0.51, 9.0.60 & 9.0.81. It can be reproduced on iOS platform from MAUI versions 9.0.60.

Note: This issue happens only on CV1. In CV2 its works as expected.

Im not sure if i dare to use CV2 yet, we have a lot of CVs in the app, and i dont want more bugs :D Thanks for the workaround though.
