Description

When the DatePicker control is loaded with an initial date, the year is displayed in a 4-digit format (e.g., 2024). However, after the user changes the year using the picker, the year is shown in a 2-digit format (e.g., 24).

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run the attached sample DatePickerSample.zip
  2. Run the app and note that the DatePicker shows the year in 4 digits.
  3. Change the year and observe the difference.
