Since analyzer "Remove redundant empty line" is "white-space only" analyzer it should be moved to project/package Formatting.Analyzers.

Action items:

  • Add new analyzer with same functionality as RCS1036 to package Formatting.Analyzers.
    • disabled by default
  • Mark RCS1036 as deprecated
    • Disable code fix to encourage switching to a new analyzer?
