.NET: Restart Language Server Removal between v2.55.29 and v2.61.28 #7933

The command was removed when using C# Dev Kit. Due to the way the way C# Dev Kit and the restart command interacted, the Roslyn server would lose all project information after the restart. This basically causes all language features not function correctly. We found people often hit this, so better to remove the non-functional command until it can be fixed. I'd recommend using the reload window or restart extension host commands if things need to be restarted. Note - the restart server command should still be available (and work correctly) when using C# standalone. |

Ok I missed that PR when I was doing my preliminary searching. Thanks for pointing to the conversation. |

I'm wondering if there's been any public discussion about this command being removed between v2.55.29 and v2.61.28? If this is intentional, is it no longer needed?
