This hypothetical tool would help the user configure a proximity search to be exactly what they envision. It is a complex subject with a lot of options, and sometimes people get confused.

As of v4.3.2, we've released a Test Address Lookup utility to assist with this. It's not a complete solution, but hopefully it helps make troubleshooting a little easier.

Since we consider it to be only a partial solution, we'll leave this ticket open. As it's currently built, the utility is great at geocoding, but doesn't help much with a full proximity search. We'll try to circle back in the future and expand on the proximity search aspect of it.

If the utility gets an update, it should include Region Biasing.
