Can't use `~` in `--keepass-file` #12

Can't use ~ in --keepass-file.

Root cause: click.Path does not expand ~:

A ~ is not expanded, as this is supposed to be done by the shell only.

Potential solutions:

click callback function that calls pathlib.Path.expanduser()
document that ~ is not allowed.
