Add option for special color scales that change drastically when passing through a signification point, such as 0 #22

The user should be able to choose a diverging color map or even a discrete difference color map.

For example. Values >= 0 should be red (0) to green (high), and values < 0 should be blue (0) to black.

I'll try finding some research for this later.
