Fix ball hopping when it rolls onto flippers

This issue applies to the table with four different colored triangles and may apply to others. When the ball comes down an inland and travels towards the flipper, as the ball rolls onto the flipper 50% of the time it will jump, making it impossible to shoot the ball precisely. This has not been an issue at all for the first four tables it's just on this table that this issue is happening, and potentially later tables as well.
