Cleanup and improve HQTB #17

Adjust the HQTB workflow to the changes in refinegems, improve it and solve issues left.

TODOs:

correctly implement the usage of the EGC solver -> can be done together with Add checking and fixing EGCs to the CMPB workflow #19
- mostly done, but needs testing
- do we need to save results in a different format, e.g. a file?
logging missing / incomplete
