Regarding filtering out exchange reactions: What types of IDs do the function in refineGEMs cover?

TODOs:

check how the current implementation, esp. those used for the growth simulation, work (e.g. is the prefix 'EX' needed or does it need to contain a "_" )
if necessary, improve, to allow for more IDs

Notes:

might also be useful to re-check what kinds of reactions COBRApy considers as "exchanges"
