I EXACTLY DO THE STEPS; go to chrome://network, then put the kill.onc, then it tells me to sign in to my network then when I do, the same error "network error' again and again how much I do it (NO PAGE LOADS BUT IS STUCK ON LOADING.

Plz help. :(
