Deprecate +config option to isp_vcs.py #84

The +config option to isp_vcs.py is used to determine the path to the VCS simulator. Valid options are currently P1SimCGConfig and P2SimCGConfig. This option is misleading, as it overrides the +processor option, for which the valid options are P1 and P2. The +config option should be deprecated and replaced with +processor
