rtm4.Element extends a simple 2x2 ray transfer matrix with

clipping
drawing (thickness & drawing)
For some purposes, drawing not necessary or desired. Better to factor it out.

Elsewhere, 2x2 matrices are Matrix2. Confusing to call it rtm4.
