问题

条件格式： 应用范围内 双色相渐

在 $B$9:$M$14 范围内新增了2行后
出现了 15行 和 16行（这两行目前明显 样式颜色直接取的上一行）

条件格式的应用范围未发生变化，还是 $B$9:$M$14

希望： 只要在 $B$9:$M$14 范围内插行后，对应的条件格式的应用范围 自动扩展，如上新增2行后，拓展为 $B$9:$M$16

Conditional format: within application range, two-hue phase progression

After adding 2 rows in the range $B$9:$M$14
Lines 15 and 16 appear (these two lines are currently obvious and the style color is directly taken)

The application scope of the conditional format has not changed, or $B$9:$M$14

Hopefully: As long as the rows are interpolated within the range $B$9:$M$14, the application range of the corresponding conditional format will be automatically expanded. If 2 new rows are added above, it will be expanded to $B$9:$M$16
