我把代码下载下来，用的python3.10，也改了requirements里的版本号，用命令调整一直运行不了，请问大致步骤是怎样的呢，或许我可以再重新来一遍，谢谢。

3.10 的 opencv 的 api 修改了，是无法运行的
需要使用对应的 python 版本
