Transitioned from connecting to Google Sheets as frontend resource to using Django and HTML.
Now pulls from user's Mint account and is stored in MySQL as backend.
To operate: Look at default.conf and fill out with relevant sign in details. Activate conda environment and run tracker.py pathOfConfigFile
