NPE during debugging of implicit asSet #47

Similar to implicit self-variables (already solved), the debugging of implicit asSet operation calls causes an NPE during debugging.

Associated test case: org.dresdenocl.debug.test.unit.TestDebugItators.testClosureIteratorStepInto01()
