+
+- Download the distribution .zip file.
+- Extract the contents of the .zip anywhere you like.
+- create a shortcut to shoppingList.exe somewhere you want it to be.
+
+That should do it.  I pinned the icon to my desktop taskbar so I can always find it quickly.
