Gradebook Export to CSV Missing Column Headings for Categories #134

This was observed on xyzhomework.com in course ID 16247:

  • Open Gradebook (this gradebook's settings includes a couple categories (see attached screenshot)

  • click Export

  • Export to Both CSV and XLS Formats

Note that the "Online Homework" and Online Quizzes" categories correctly appear in the Excel file, but in the CSV file, the column headings are missing.

Is this happening in all courses, or just this one? I am unable to replicate this issue on my sites.
