Asset Provider Feature discussion

This is an improvement based on this PR here by @hopeman15 : #13

What if: We can add the Asset provider feature as a library within chai:
With a modularized approach:
We separate the Design System to have:.

• Iconprovider(Name can change- maybe called chaiicons) - Where we load icons here
• Imageprovider(chaiimages) - where we load images here
  these two become libraries that can be added later.

What this means is that the library can be imported and used depending on whichever way we want to.
