The xInstallWebDeploy configuration currently installs version 3.5 of Web Deploy, which was released in year 2014.

As of today, there is already Web Deploy 3.6 available (Released in June of 2017). I'd like to suggest switching to this version.

I could not find any comprehensive release notes for this version. The only credible source I was able to find is this blog post: Web Deploy 3.6 Beta Released.

Maybe we should make it possible to choose the version to use?
