UI: Add Navbar

Description

Add simple Navbar which consists pomodoro shortbreak and longbreak as button, alignment should be centre.Color should be changed while hovering.

Task

• Buttons with text color #565B76, and border radius >18px
• Use this hex color #F87070 for hover effect and use this hex code #161932 for navbar
