This happens when those queries are in the same file.

This works:

<!-- QueryToSerialize: LIST FROM #project -->

<!-- QueryToSerialize: LIST FROM #done and #project-->

But this breaks:

<!-- QueryToSerialize: LIST FROM #project -->

<!-- QueryToSerialize: LIST FROM #project and #done -->

The difference is the order of the tags.
