This is an R script inspired by Code Club #212 by Prof. Patrick Schloss.
It creates a plot that compares the percentage of papers avaliable in PUBMED that regard scientific topics such as:
- cancer,
- human microbiome,
- plant microbiome,
- human mycobiome,
- plant mycomiome
in years 2000 - 2020.
