Change series relationship to values

Need to accommodate systems that don't split entities into namespaces. That means we should allow approaches that don't have the same entity ID for series and values.

This can be handled by allowing series to have a relationship to the values collectively by ID.

Note that systems will still need to handle multiple value entities with the same entity ID.
