On the "forgot your password" page:

language should explain that user may not receive an email, even if they have an account, if they signed up via Google/Github, (in which case they should sign in that way again, using the correct email address)
the page layout doesn't look correct – likely all that's required is the appropriate HTML or CSS class(es)
