stubbs add-module fails due to sed expression

Following error is generated when we put a slash (/) character in the description field or perhaps others.

[chuck@mvn-sdp-0 apache-maven]$ rerun stubbs: add-command --command build --description 'build/package the apache-maven distribution' --module apache-maven

sed: -e expression #3, char 24: unknown option to `s'
ERROR: Failed generating stub comand script

We should use a consistent sed separation character, perhaps '/' is not the best.

perhaps comma or semi-colon across the board?
