Prepare the Ledger application for review

For the hardware app to be reviewed by the Ledger team, we need to prepare the following deliverables and post them on the Ledger's Developer Slack:

• The Bolos app Release Candidate source code (this Git repository)
• The companion app to the application (binaries or package, for Windows/MacOS/Linux). In our case, it's the Unit-e daemon or the Electron wallet.
• Two Adobe Illustrator templates filled with the pixel art icon for the Ledger Nano and a vector icon for the Ledger Manager app store. The designers should download the following templates: [1], [2] and fill them in directly.
• Our contact information (Name, Surname, Legal Entity, URL, email address, phone number)
• A link to a tutorial for Unit-e hosted on our website. The tutorial should follow these guidelines.
