Paypal link is missing from README

The paypal section of the README mentions either a link or an email address which can be used to donate to the project. The link is nowhere to be found.

This is what I read:

You can pay by visiting the link below and clicking on "Donate", or use this reference for donations:

[email protected]

If the email address is "the link below", clicking on it opens my email client where there is definitely no "Donate" button. If not it's just missing the link.

Thanks Remi for highlighting that I am doing something wrong. The README is
a text file,
but I think I need to make it in to a link. Let me investigate to get it
right.

Am still removing references to the demon.co.uk mail/URLs as that is now
all dead. (The paypal link address is correct, but its an annoying old
address).
