update roles in team portal as per current society structure #175

create new roles with designations as per the current society structure
refer to the team list shared in our main wa group for this
give appropriate permissions as per designation
make sure to keep an "Alumni" role with no permissions

use the team portal to achieve the same
let us know if you aren't able to see the "Create role" option on team portal
