None of the options`expected to see present in prompt related to DRM and Settings get displayed #5424

Describe the bug

Hello. None of the options* expected to see present in prompt related to DRM and Settings get displayed.

prompt related to DRM

duckduckgo_DRM_prompt

* always, only for this session, deny for this session, deny always

How to Reproduce

  1. In Videos tab, choose a video that is subject to DRM; e.g. https://bitmovin.com/demos/drm, and visit the related site to trigger the exhibition of the DDG's prompt related to DRM access permissions.
  2. Observe current available DDG's options in prompt then Click "Learn more" to visit the page at https://duckduckgo.com/duckduckgo-help-pages/privacy/drm-permission/ for comparison; there, a picture shows options that are expected to see visible.
  3. Switch back to the prompt. Select Remember my choice, then click Allow.
  4. Go to DDG's Settings -> Permissions -> Site permissions
  5. At section Manage sites, inspect available options for the allowed site.

Expected behavior

At steps 2. and 5., none of the options expected to see present in prompt related to DRM and Settings to be missing

- DDG application version: 5.222.0
- OS: Android, v. 8.0.0
