Disappearing tab content

On DDG 7.144.0.1 and iPadOS 15.8.3 with an iPad Air 2, tabs in the background will regularly lose their content.

To reproduce:

• Go to any website in tab A
• Open two new tabs B and C and go to any website
• Switch back to tab A or close tabs B and C

Result:

As you can see, the tab still has the name of the original website but it shows the DDG new tab page rather than the actual website.

This can be refreshed by creating a new tab again and clicking back on tab A, which then reloads with the actual website, but it's still obviously not the correct behavior.
