Currently XML::LibXML has to be installed separately as it needs special variables to be set on the command line (see build.sh for details). This should be fixed:

Patches might need to be submitted to https://metacpan.org/pod/XML::LibXML or https://metacpan.org/pod/Alien::LibXML might need to be used instead of building xmllib2
