BE project handover

BE has been handed over to the client so we don't have to manage yearly domain charges etc. The one thing left to do is have them take ownership of the Heroku account, which we're still paying for.

I'm in contact with the client and encouraging them to do so with all possible haste, but I can't issue the final invoice until they've inputted their credit card.

Currently working towards a deadline of December 11th, but client has been away recently and I've not heard from them, so not sure if this will happen. Will update with movement.

Client has been chased again x2, with a hard deadline so we're 100% not making any payments after February.

Have encouraged the client to put their CC into Heroku asap, and once that's done I can issue the final invoice / get a PO

Client has confirmed that Heroku is no longer needed so I've cancelled all activity and saved a backup of the postgres DB in the client folder.

I'll now calculate the final charge to the client so they can raise a PO, including the invoice for part of January, and then I'll close this issue once that's been paid

@rub1e I'm just clearing out issues - I had it in my mind this was done but see no invoices raised since Feb 2019. Could you please confirm?
