As an admin
I would like to be able to scan the ISBN barcodes of books to add them to the library
So that this is a quick and easy process.

Acceptance Criteria

There is a link from the admin a dashboard Admin dashboard #25 which takes me to a page where I can choose to add books by scanning them in
I can scan an ISBN barcode of a book and this is recognised by the app as the correct book
Scanning the book brings it up on the screen for confirmation that it is correct
I can click an 'Add' button to add it to the library
Stretch goal: Pressing enter on the keyboard adds it to the library
