Test Case Description

upcoming sequencer tries to unbond as well, before rotation completes

Preconditions

rollapp have active sequencer A, which wants to exit its role
sequencer B bonded

Test Steps

seq A want to exit seq role (unbond)
Start notice_period with default time = 2 weeks + unbonding time
Check IBC-Transfer before the switch/after the switch/during the switch
seq B want to unbond as well before notice_period end
Start notice_period with default time = 2 weeks + unbonding time

Expected Results

no seq coming then rollapp halt
seq A and B unbond success after notice_period+unbonding_time
