Relayer Link between Hub and Rollapp, rollapp relayer account funded as usual

Preconditions

Hub key/account for relayer doesn’t exist
Rollapp key/account for relayer doesn’t exist
Relayer Client for path doesn’t exist
Relayer Connection for path doesn’t exist
Relayer Channel for path doesn’t exist

Test Steps

Create Relayer hub key and fund it
Create Relayer rollapp key and fund it
Create relayer path for Hub and Rollapp
Link Relayer and Hub

Expected Results

Relayer Hub account will be created and funded
Relayer Rollapp account will be created and funded
Relayer Hub-Rollapp path will be created
Relayer Client, Connection and Channel for Hub and Rollapp path will be created
