• Rollapp A is running
• eibc-client is running
• whale account is funded with DYM and RA A tokens

Test Steps

• Make IBC transfer from HUB to RA A with failed Acknowledgement
• Finalize state on Hub

Expected Results

• Order is fulfilled
• Funds with the amount of price-fee were returned to the original HUB sender account
• After finalization, fulfiller account is credited by the fee amount
