Can TCP transport be used with Secure DDS plugins?

I'm trying to run DDS with TCP transport and Secure DDS plugins, but I can't seem to get any communication between nodes. Running without plugins does work as expected.

I've tried to extend the DDSSecureHelloWorldExample with TCP by doing the following:

Publisher QoS

  DomainParticipantQos pqos;
  pqos.transport().use_builtin_transports = false;
  auto tcp_transport =
      std::make_shared<eprosima::fastdds::rtps::TCPv4TransportDescriptor>();
  tcp_transport->sendBufferSize = MAX_SEND_BUF;
  tcp_transport->receiveBufferSize = MAX_RECV_BUF;
  tcp_transport->add_listener_port(SERVER_PORT);
  pqos.transport().user_transports.push_back(tcp_transport);

Subscriber QoS
