requirements.txt에 명시된
mxnet ==1.8.0.post0 버전을 pip 에서 찾을 수 없다고 합니다
mxnet 1.7.0post1 등의 하위버전을 설치하면 의존성이 꼬여 해결할 수 없는 지점까지 갑니다(상호 충돌하여 어느 하나의 라이브러리를 삭제 해야 함 )
python 버전은 3.8.3입니다
