Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Description:

Currently, when a Therapy Plan is created from an Order in the Encounter, the "Ordered Practitioner" field is not automatically included in the generated Therapy Plan. This can create a gap in information, as the Practitioner who ordered the therapy may not be clearly identified within the Therapy Plan itself, potentially leading to confusion or the need for additional manual updates.

Feature Request:

We propose that when a Therapy Plan is created from an Order in the Encounter, the "Ordered Practitioner" field should automatically be included in the Therapy Plan. This would ensure that the practitioner who initiated the order is clearly documented and easily accessible within the therapy plan, streamlining the process and improving data accuracy.

Benefits:

  • Improved clarity by identifying the responsible practitioner in the Therapy Plan.
  • Reduced administrative effort by automatically linking the Ordered Practitioner.
  • Enhanced tracking and accountability for the therapy plan's origin.

Expected Behavior:

  • When a Therapy Plan is created from an Order in the Encounter, the "Ordered Practitioner" field should be populated with the practitioner who placed the order.
  • The field should be editable, in case there is a need to update or change the practitioner later.

This feature would enhance the workflow and make the system more efficient for healthcare professionals managing therapy plans.

If a link to the Source Encounter is there on the created Therapy Plan would be sufficient
