Missing Position - FIELD SEO

Google is throwing flags because we don't have the position element in our breadcrumbs.
Minimal mistakes has implemented this so it should be easy to add here too

UPDATE: i fixed this in theory and revalidated through google. should get a notice in a few days regarding whether i need to add anything else.
