Group datamodel codecs by datatype

Right now, there is a large collection of all relative encodings for all datamodel types. Instead, have, for example, an entry module with a file defining Entry, and a codec.rs defining the codecs (possibly multiple codec files for particularly unwieldy codec implementations).
