• intel/2019b: combine icc & ifort into a single iccifort (#8082)

  • also set $EBROOTICC & $EBROOTIFORT (+ versions)

Outlook to next EasyBuild releases

  • last 3.x release?
  • missing pkg-config dep PRs by Åke (#8787, ...)

• ETA: mid/end Aug'19

• merge 4.x into develop branches (+ remove 4.x)

  • impact on already open PRs, may fail in develop after merge
  • enhance --merge-pr to check Travis timestamp

  • support for installing Julia libraries as dependencies?

  • no Julia supported yet?
    • only easyconfig file for binary Julia in EasyBuild v3.9.4 (cfr. https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/pull/8578)
