Only downloads 10 most-recent albums/eps when downloading an artist

When downloading an artists entire works using a link in the format https://listen.tidal.com/artist/12345678, the tool only downloads the 10 most-recent albums (if EPs/Singles are enabled, it additionally downloads 10 of the "albums" in that category as well). I'm not familiar with the API but I would assume there is some pagination logic missing in the artist handling code.

Thanks for having reported this, @substanc3-dev. It’s definitely a pagination issue and I will look into it!
