I cannot delete an idendentifier that has been created by fault. Update-ACMEIdentifier does not allow me to update the DNS name, so I cannot fix typos. A Remove-ACMEIdentifier seems not exists. How can I fix or remove an incorrect identifier?

Just add a timestamp to the identifier.
