v1.2 Release candidate 2

Minor changes in this release:

1. Adds variants to the analyse icon (8dc6ac2)
2. This release is now tagged against the compiled branch v1.2 -- see #13 for background

Along with a number of minor technical fixes.

v1.2 Release candidate 1

Very few changes since beta 2, only improvements to documentation and some small icon additions.

Most changes are "under the hood" and further optimise the build process.

Unless issues are raised, 1.2 should be the stable release at the start of June.

First beta release.

Adds static SVG, PNG assets along with a few new icons.

Re-release due to tag on wrong branch... :(

v1.2 Alpha 1

Initial alpha of v1.2.

Right now this adds no new features, but the alpha tests the output of the new build process.

We no longer will need to use IconMoo to build the SVGs into icon font files.

Update to species icons

Adds 24 new icons and corrects issue with Yeast "Y" char mapping.
